Delete your Visituros account

Delete from the app

1. Open Visituros and sign in.
2. Open the Settings tab.
3. Select Delete account, enter DELETE, and confirm.

Request deletion without the app

Email roman@visituros.com from the address associated with your Visituros account and write “Visituros account deletion request” in the subject. We may send a verification link before completing the request.

Delete selected data without deleting your account

In the app, open Activities, select one of your activities, and choose Delete activity to remove its route and attached photos. To remove just one photo, open that activity and tap the delete icon on the photo. Your account and other activities remain available.

You can also email roman@visituros.com from your account email with the subject “Visituros data deletion request.” Tell us which activity or photos to remove. We may verify the request before deleting them.

Deleted activities, their precise route data, and selected photos are removed from active systems. Your profile, other activities, saved places, lists, and reviews are kept. Limited records may be retained when required for security, fraud prevention, or legal compliance.

What is deleted

Deletion is scheduled 14 days after your request. Signing in again before the deadline cancels the request and restores access. After the recovery period, Visituros permanently removes your profile, sign-in tokens, saved places and lists, reviews, recorded activities, precise route data, and uploaded photos. Limited records may be retained only when required for security, fraud prevention, or legal compliance.
